The 2025-2026 Winter Holiday Closure is scheduled from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026. Normal operations will resume on Monday, January 5.

To the extent possible, submit 2025 invoices to Accounts Payable no later than Wednesday, November 26.

Invoices submitted after this date will continue to be processed but may not be paid this calendar year. The rush request form will remain available for qualifying invoices (see “Submit Rush Requests” deadline).

NOTE: This deadline also applies to Direct Pay form and Shipping form payments.
