The 2025-2026 Winter Holiday Closure is scheduled from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026. Normal operations will resume on Monday, January 5.

In order for a travel and entertainment (T&E) reimbursement to be processed prior to closure, the related Concur expense report must have an Approved & In Accounting Review status by 5 p.m. PT Wednesday, December 3. Reports reach this status once they have completed all departmental approval steps and been routed to Travel Accounting for final review and processing.

NOTE: Travel Accounting is a separate department from UCLA Campus Purchasing & Payables.
