BruinBuy Plus campus office hours will re-launch this week to continue supporting campus with system- and process-related questions. Your feedback regarding these sessions has helped us restructure office hours to better address your needs.
What You Need to Know
- BruinBuy Plus campus office hour sessions will be offered weekly on a recurring basis. In most cases, each office hour will be held on the same day and at the same time each week.
- Starting the week of April 15, 2024, the format of the BruinBuy Plus office hours will have changed to better address your questions and concerns:
- Weekly one-hour sessions will be offered for Purchasing, Vendor Management, and Subaward/Subcontracts.
- Two 90-minute sessions will be offered weekly for Accounts Payable.
What You Need to Do
Register for one of the upcoming office hour sessions:
- Purchasing
- Vendor Management
- Subaward/Subcontract
- Accounts Payable (Session 1)
- Accounts Payable (Session 2)
