AP Office Hour Rules of Engagement

  • Participants are allowed to ask two (2) questions with a service ticket number (SR) from the last 14 days that are of critical nature (e.g., event cancellation, credit holds, interrupted services, pending legal action) OR general questions related to the BruinBuy Plus system or associated processes.
  • As time permits, subject matter experts will answer questions that do not meet the prioritized criteria. However, these questions must be associated with an invoice submission date equal to or earlier than the current AP service standard date.
  • Questions must:
    • Include all relevant details (e.g., requisition number, PO number, invoice number, support ticket number).
    • Not use abbreviations.
    • Be submitted through the official Q&A (not the Zoom chat).
Attendees must be professional, respectful, and courteous. Failure to comply with this rule will result in removal from the meeting.
