Vendor Registration for Existing Vendors

PaymentWorks: UCLA's Vendor Management Tool

UCLA is in the process of upgrading its procurement system and transitioning to PaymentWorks as its sole vendor management tool. To support this effort, we are contacting all active vendors who have yet to complete their PaymentWorks registration.

Why Should I Register?

Unregistered vendors will not automatically transition to our new procurement system. If your company is absent from this system, UCLA will be unable to do business with you (e.g., submit purchase requests, issue invoice payments, etc.) until PaymentWorks registration takes placeCompleting your registration will also ensure more timely invoice payments.
