The 2025-2026 Winter Holiday Closure is scheduled from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026. Normal operations will resume on Monday, January 5.

To the extent possible, submit all subcontract amendments by end of business Friday, December 12.

Amendments will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis based on submission date. Only amendments with the necessary supporting documentation will be processed.
