Vendor Survey | Dedicated Corp. Solutions / Office Depot
Dedicated Corporate Solutions (DCS) is an independently owned, minority business who has partnered with ODP Business Solutions (formerly Office Depot). Their BruinBuy Plus punchout catalog allows you to easily find and purchase the office supplies your department needs!
To best serve the UCLA community, DCS has launched a survey for all BruinBuy Plus users. It should take no more than two minutes to complete and closes at 5 p.m. PT on Friday, October 18.

REMINDER: Sunset Notice | Legacy Invoice Submission Portal
The legacy BruinBuy Invoice Submission Portal will be decommissioned at 5 p.m. PT on Friday, November 22.
What Does This Mean?
This portal was one of several invoice submission methods used for the legacy BruinBuy system – it became view-only in December 2023. Once it's been sunset, campus users will no longer have direct access to its invoices.
How Can I Prepare?
If your unit needs to download a previously submitted portal invoice, please do so prior to November 22. After this date, you'll need to request legacy invoice copies from Accounts Payable (AP). Additional details will be shared in a future communication.

New Punchout Catalogs
BruinBuy Plus has two new punchout catalogs: Eppendorf and UCLA Store (ASUCLA)! As two of UCLA’s highest volume vendors, these new punchouts will streamline ordering and speed up processing.
Eppendorf
Launched September 27
Previously, Eppendorf purchases had to be made through the BruinBuy Plus Purchase Request Form. Now, all Eppendorf quotes and purchases should go through the punchout catalog. Access the Eppendorf punchout guide to learn more.
UCLA Store (ASUCLA)
Launched September 30
The ASUCLA punchout allows you to order items within UCLA policy and have them shipped to your desired location. Review the UCLA Store (ASUCLA) punchout guide for additional information.
NOTE: The ASUCLA Retail Purchase Form should continue to be used if you need to pick up your order. This form cannot be used for Apple or Dell purchases.
Updated “Override PO Distribution” Training Guide
BruinBuy Plus’ Override Distribution feature allows you to change the email address to which a purchase order (PO) is sent. Our newly refreshed How to Override PO Distribution guide provides clearer instruction on when and how to use this functionality, helping you avoid mistakes that might delay requisition approval.
TIP: When overriding the default email distribution, always enter a replacement email address – missing this step will delay processing.
