As we work to improve the BruinBuy Plus system and its associated processes, we want to hear from you and your teams!
Through the end of the year, anonymous pulse surveys will help us track how we’re doing and what we can do better. Our first pulse survey is now open and takes less than four (4) minutes to complete – submit your feedback by 11:59 p.m. PT next Sunday, September 29.
NOTE: Pulse surveys are just one way we’re collecting feedback and assessing progress.

Need to check the status of an invoice? Our Invoice & Pay Statuses web page has you covered! This online resource helps you track an invoice through approval workflow and payment. It includes comprehensive how-to guides, status definitions, and more.
TIP: An invoice’s payment information will remain blank until it has a Paid pay status.

Streamlined Vendor Processing
While vendor onboarding is a critical component of the procurement lifecycle, we know processing delays have made it one of the most difficult. From streamlining internal workflows to enhancing staffing structure, Vendor Management has been hard at work addressing this pain point!
Since July, the backlog of new onboarding requests has been reduced by more than 50%, and, on average, 37% more requests are being processed each month.
What does this mean for you? Your vendors are getting onboarded faster and with less follow-up.
